Hi Deepika, KAS is a Karnataka Administrative Service Examination conducted through Karnataka Public Service Commission just like IAS conducted by UPSC.
This Exam has two stages Preliminary & Final. Prelim Exams are held in the month of May /June whereas final Exams are held in October/November of every year.
You can opt for weekend classes as you are into full time job. No worries, you can still think of going ahead provided you spend quality time everyday by reading journals, magazines, newspapers, etc.

Hi,
US, Germany and UK are the best study destination to pursue MS.
In order to get admission in the universities of these countries, you need to have:
Good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant Undergraduate course form recognized university.
GRE score of 1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note, that universities in US and Germany require 16 years of education for admission in their masters program, whereas universities in UK accepts 15 years of education.
Universities in UK do not require GRE score,whereas universities in Germany and US requires GRE score.
