It is actually very simple. In Maharashtra, admission process was closed just a month back. Based on your marks in Diploma, you will get admission. If you want COEP, better score 90 Percentile. It is centralized, computer based admission process.

From what you have said, this course does not appear to be of engineering Graduation. But it's a course about aircraft maintenance leading to graduation and most importantly, enabling the student to obtain license from DGCA.Even if college is not giving scholarships, you can get education loan.
