Education: Graduation (min 3 years) in any discipline with min 60% marks and have passed Maths and Physics as subject at 10+2 level B.E/ B.Tech from a recognized University with min 60% marks. Age Limit : 20 to 24 years.

As per the eligibility criteria of Bar council of India for LLB 3 years programme is given below. Educational qualification : Candidate must have passed a Bachelor degree with 45% marks for general category, 42% for OBCs and 40% of SC/ST. However this criteria is varying according to Universities, Like DU required 50% marks for general, 45% for OBCs and 40% for SC/ST. While in Punjab University 45% for general and 5% relaxation is given to reserved categories. So, you are eligible here if belongs to the OBC category.

Yes, you can. Final year students are also eligible to take the IIT JAM Exam. But your result must be declared before the admission process starts. Along with this, you also have to fulfill other eligibility factors. Below is the eligibility criteria of IIT JAM Exam that you must fulfill:
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree from any stream from any recognised university. Both Indian as well as Foreign candidates are eligible. There is no age limit for IIT JAM exam.
