Under this scholarship the eligibility criteria is to be among the top 1% in Class 12th, Top 10,000 rank in JEE or the NEET exam. The amount of scholarship is Rs. 80,000 on an annual basis to pursue Bachelors and Masters in Science. The application dates are mid of October and it is merit based. Besides, it can be no guarantee for its performance four years from today, when you will pass out.
