Hi,
If you are an engineer student you can also try a Marcomm programme or a Communication Management course which is one step beyond just a Mass Communication course. That will allow you to use your technical skills (there are areas such as Media Planning) and also aspects of management while honing your creative skills as well. Try MICA or Delhi School of Communication (DSC) for the same.

there are very few seats in masters in physio available for international students and the requirements are bare minimum 70% in bachelors.
I would suggest go in for post grad diploma in exercise science and lifestyle management.
