Yes, for MBA also both GD and PI are to be cleared by a student for becoming eligible to get admission in ICBM.
There is no such exemption from any of these unless time acts as a barrier, in those cases only PI is taken, but it doesn't happen so in most of the cases.

For pursuing MBBS you need to go through entrance exams and apply to various colleges as students do after 10 + 2. As you must have done when you enrolled for BHMS. There is no direct or lateral entry after BHMS.
Time is of essence so if you are really keen to pursue MBBS even at this stage, you can consider selecting a recognized university in Philippines. You will be eligible to apply directly for Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Philippines which is equivalent to MBBS in India. The course duration is 4 years. For an MBA you would need work experience irrespective of the countries. If you don't have work experience MS will be good. GRE is optional but you must submit IELTS or TOEFL. You can also opt for Graduate or PG Diploma in Management or Business Studies.

Hostel and Mess fees together comes around 2-3 Lakh based on your preference of rooms & Mess category.
The total cost for MBA programme would approximately come about Rs. 8 Lakh.
