To apply for the PGDM program you have to buy a form and submit it. Please follow the following steps for filling a form and sending an application;
1) Download the form, take a hard copy and fill it from; http://www.siescoms.edu/images/pdf/SIESCOMS PG 2014 Admission Application Form.pdf
2) Attach a DD of Rs 2000/- and send the completed Application Form along with the Demand Draft favoring “SIES College of Management Studies,” payable at Mumbai, the form can be submitted on working days, from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
3) You can come to the college and submit the form. The Application Forms can also be submitted by Post / Courier so as to reach the SIESCOMS office before the last date. These applicants will receive the Admit Card by courier/ post.
4) Please attach the documents given in the enclosure, and also two photos.

* Eligibility Criteria :
You need to score minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the diploma course. You need to sit for Lateral Entry Entrance Test or LEET which is conducted at state level. Some colleges and Universities too conduct their own lateral entry tests.
