US is not a good option, unless you get into a very good university. For your desired program, you can opt for Australia, Canada and Germany. You can check the skilled occupation list of each country to check skills and professions in demand.

Even though mechanical engineering appears to be the first choice. The total number of students, who graduated in mechanical engineering is good, while only handful passes out as aeronautical engineers. In India, a large number of companies will require this specialization. Hence, if opportunities appear to be a bit less at the moment, future holds a great potential for this discipline in India.

I appreciate your interest in the profession of lecturer in a government engineering college. To achieve the same, you need to clear UGC NET entrance examination. With this, you can apply for assistant lecturer in colleges. However, to be a senior lecturer / professor, you need to complete Ph.D along with minimum 5 years experience as a lecturer.

Yes, its a good option but it will be better if you do your 12th and then B.Tech engineering because in many courses. They ask for 12th as an eligibility criteria.

You can Purse B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree to work as pharmacist in private or government hospitals or drug control departments. Pharm D is also similar to B. Pharm, D Pharm & MBBS courses.
