Purbasha, There is no such system of shifting. If you feel so that you will not be able to carry forward CA further than you can drop CA and can try for CS.
If you are graduate then you can directly take admission in CS Executive and if your graduation is still not complete then you can apply for CS Foundation or can wait for the completion of your graduation.
