If you want to teach 5th class students then D.El.Ed is the best option because in curriculum of D.El.Ed you learn how to teach child students (up to 8th) but in B.Ed you learn how to teach higher school students.

Your current PG course won't matter here. Most of the PGDM courses will commence in July 2018. Mostly, all state government colleges are allowed to offer admission direct admission in the second year, there are also some universities which offer admission such as Jamia, IPU, Thapar, PEC, Chandigarh, etc.
