The basic eligibility for pursuing M.A. Public Administration is that the student should have cleared their graduation. The graduation should have been done from a UGC recognised college. The student should also have obtained the minimum marks required as mentioned by the university. Different universities and colleges keep different criterion. Generally, the minimum marks asked are 45% or an equivalent CGPA.

Hi Sana,
You can look for Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) programs abroad. Now, abroad is a very generic term. You also have to choose the university, the country etc. Accordingly you must prepare since the entry requirements are also different. Depending on where you want to study you must take SAT or ACT, TOEFL or IELTS or any other assessment test. Some countries like Germany etc. May require knowledge of it's local language like German.

Your JEE Main scores are not applicable for Graphic Design course. NID Ahmadabad is the top college offering B. Des Graphic Design (Four years of duration) course. The eligibility criteria is 10+2 in any stream. The admission process comprises Entrance test [Design Aptitude Test (that) Prelim and Mains). Further ART work is not necessary for Graphic design and simple sketching is enough.
