All the good and top ranked universities in US require GRE score of 1200-1300 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
There are many universities in US which offers MS in variety of subjects, and each of them have its own specific eligibility criteria.

Hi Ameya, following are the universities that offer Biomedical ENgineering : City University, Univ of Ulster, Glasgow University.
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

Hi Gourav, going for a PGD after a PhD will create visa problems for you. Hence I suggest that you at least opt for Masters. The high Commission is very strict and may take it as a mere reason to enter the country. Hence, do not take nay risks.
Also, if I may suggest Nz to you which is particularly very good for agriculture and dairy courses. the expenses of studies are much lesser in Nz compared to Canada.
The Universities in Nz that offer the course are : Massey, Victoria University of Wellington, Canterbury Univ, Lincoln University.

Please dont get so much stressed. And please dont think about problems. You can for a Web designing or Graphic designing course or both. They are short term courses and highly useful as both Graphic and web designing fields have never-ending demand of artists. Moreover you can keep doing Freelancing projects along with any job to make extra money. Another benefit is that the software you need to learn in these courses are not very complicated, they are easy to learn and easy to implement. So you can start working as a freelancer even while you are learning.
