The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the Company Secretary Exam.
There are three stages to this exam –
-Foundation programme
-Executive programme
-Professional Programme
Company Secretary Exam Eligibility:
-For a candidate to be eligible for this exam, he should have cleared 10+2 exams.
-Provisional registration is also allowed for students of 10+2 awaiting their results.
-Students who have cleared CA-CPT or have cleared CMA Foundation Exams or students who have a Master's degree in any discipline other than Fine Arts are exempt from appearing CS Foundation Exams.

Company Secretary in Employment:
-Companies with a paid up share capital of Rs.5 crore or more are compulsorily required to appoint a whole-time Company Secretary under section 383A of Companies Act,1956.
-All companies seeking listing on Stock Exchange are required to appoint a whole-time Company Secretary
-Membership of the Institute is recognized for appointment to superior posts and services under Central Government
-Membership of the Institute is a recognised qualification for recruitment from Grade I to Grade IV in the Accounts branch of the Indian Company Law Service.
-Almost every kind of organization whose affairs are conducted by boards, councils or other association, federation, authority, commission or like , finds it useful to appoint a person who holds the qualification of Company Secretaries in key administrative position.

If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
Past Academic record
Scores in entrance tests
Group Discussion
Personal Interview
Work experience
Please note that each B-schools shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include
