Hi Neel,
You won't be obtaining a PR right after your studies, in US this is probably one of the most difficult to achieve. As a student you can avail work permit, graduates from Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics are eligible to stay and work in US for 3 years, post which they must return back to their home country. Focus on obtaining the F-1 student visa, apply to universities on time, once you are admitted you can seek advice from the DSO (or foreign student advisor) regarding employment in US.

You seem to be really interested in computer sciences. I would like to suggest you to go with B.Tech in computer science as that would give you in depth knowledge required to fulfill your dreams. It depends on your interest but here I try to give you some idea which may help you to clear your confusion.
If you are able to work hard and have a good logical grip on your subjects, then opt for CA or CS.
If you have a good soft skill and communication skill, then you should opt for BBA and MBA.
To make your career in the IT sector, you should pursue BCA and MCA.
otherwise, you can choose B.Com.

U can go for pondicherry university, jamia, bhu, cu, fms(delhi). But score card of cat/mat is mandatory. No way other than this. All the best. Try to appear september mat and november cat.
