Yes, through JEE Mains, you can easily get VJTI Mumbai with 83 percentile. Minimum marks required to be eligible for this college was around 130-140 in JEE Mains and you have already cleared that range of marks.

In that respective date, you have to pay the counselling fee and after some days you have to exercise options according to the rank you get in the respective dates. If you want to take admission in commerce so with this percentage, you can't get the admission in this college because the college require 86% for commerce and if you want to take admission in arts then you have some chances but it's not sure whether you get admission or not.
