Hi, most scholarships are merit based, you will be considered for a scholarship when you apply but will be on merit basis. It is best you visit the university websites and learn about scholarships, for some universities scholarships for international students are limited. Details will be found on university's website.

Scottish Church College is recognised by UGC. And for syllabus of BBA exam, I could not find any official document. You should try contacting the college for the information on syllabus through mail. I assume it is similar in syllabus to other Management entrance exams and they also conduct GD and PI for entrance qualifiers.

No, your percentile is too low. But maybe you can try branches like PPT (printing and packaging technology). But I wouldn't be too confident about it honestly.

Don't be dependent on JEE , as the seats are very less as compared to seats for CET students.
Talking of your CET marks , if you are a general category student then its somewhat difficult to get admission, but if you are a SC/ST then definitely there is a probable chance to get admission. Beside all this things there is another way of getting admission by management quota .
Also remember that if you have domicile of maharashtra then only your CET marks will be considered.
Wishing you best of luck.

Yes, you can get CS branch in engineering. But it also depends on your category as in some private colleges, you can get it in first counseling. I prefer you to take part in MPDTE counseling for admission in state college. Admission is done on the basis of your JEE score. You can check website for previous year cutoff that will provide great help. Check which college you can get in last year cutoff or nearby there cutoff in desired stream.
