The application process is online for all the courses. The applications for B.Com are needed to be submitted to admission office of the college. Students appearing for B. M. BMS, and MA ancient Indian history, culture and archaeology and MA public policy have to appear for an entrance test as well.

As per DPCOE official College website "Admissions to DSE (Direct Second Year) DPCOE are strictly based on merit only for Maharashtra candidates only. Outside Maharashtra, students should visit the college for the same. Undergraduate admissions are as per the guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra."
So, for Non-Maharashtra student, the student should contact the college directly. And Fees are the same for Maharashtra and Non-Maharashtra Student. For more details visit the DPCOE website. Please find the link below:
