Hi there,
Well, for CLAT 2019, you really cannot get a plan from anyone else, rather you will need to carve out your own. Start with the portions such as Current GK and reasoning which will need a yearlong through study. Also, you can practice the Maths, whenever you feel like, as it doesn't carry much marks. English again is important, for which you need to first look at the past trends of paper and then work accordingly. Start focusing on segments carrying good marks and can be done by yourself. As for law you will need some guidance.

Yes, Manipal being a deemed University has always tried to offer the best facilities and environment to its students. Even though the current situations are not in favor, Manipal University is still trying its best to help the students with their studies and schedules. However, I would say there's not much with the placements in Manipal University.

My suggestion is go for the B.Tech Computer as it will help for UPSC in the future. It will give u more way than B.Com as with B.Com, you can only give exams which is non technical but with B.Tech Computer u r eligible for both non technical and technical also. Preparing for UPSC CSE doesn't mean that you will not sit for the other exams. You should go for the B.Tech and seat as may other technical and no technical exams to gain experience and understand the position where you are standing. All the best.
