DOST offers single window (DOST website) for seeking admission into any of the undergraduate programs in any of the state universities (Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sathavahana Universities). So if you are considering placement or planning for higher studies a better college name (BRAND) will provide the required base for the dream to come true. And in this case KIIT Bhubaneswar is more reputed than MUJ. Since KIIT is a Tier 1 college with NIRF Ranking of 42in engineering colleges and 24th in University and has also given the tag so IOE (Institute of Eminence) by the government of India. So if I were to choose I had go for KIIT.

Hello N M Khadeeja first of all a provisional Certificate is a temporary document which is valid for 6 months. It is used to show that you have completed a degree course under particular institution successfully. In order to get your original certificates you need to contact certain authorities like head of the particular institution where you have pursued your degree graduation and proceed further and fulfill all the requirements as suggested by them. Some institutes may charge some may not. The minimum basic criteria is to write a letter to the head official requesting for the certificates and they'll guide you to follow the procedures.
