So, straight up—you can’t become a doctor just by doing B Pharma. Pharmacy isn’t the same thing as being a doctor. To actually call yourself a doctor, you need an MBBS, BDS, or an Ayush degree like BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS, plus any other required certifications.
MBBS is the main route. It is a 4-year UG course (includes 6-month internship). To get in, you need to clear NEET, be at least 17, and have finished Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Yes you can go for B Pharm after Class 12 with PCB subjects.
Many universities or colleges may select candidates who have taken Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry and Biology or included Mathematics in their Class 12 studies.
