You have both options available depending on the particular college you wish to apply to. Most of the top BTech Aerospace Engineering colleges release the application forms in the online mode on their university/college portal, which allows you to fill out the forms from the comfort of your homes.
Having said that some colleges may still follow the old approach of offline form filling at the college admission window.
