The eligibility criteria for PhD varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a Masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline. However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two Research Publications for the PhD programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.

IGNOU offers BCA, an undergraduate course delivered through distance education. The duration of this course is minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years. The course covers all the related topics of the study field and gives rigorous training to the students.
Eligibility- 10+2
Listed below is the fee structure for this programme:
Rs. 4,600/- For Ist Semester(Rs. 100 in addition to Rs. 4,500 as Registration charges)
Rs. 4,500/- Per Semester for Second Semester Onward

It is not valid for any govt jobs and higher studies.
other Universities like KSOU,were banned by Ministry of HRD and DEC.

The admission to IIMs is through Common aptitude test, the Eligibility Criteria for which is as follows :
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Since you meet these requirements, you're eligible to apply for CAT.
