Yes you can take admission in GNDU. The eligibility criteria is a bachelor degree of Guru Nanak Dev University or a degree recognized as equivalent with at least 45% marks(40% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Further there is no upper age limit for LLB program.

Yes, you can apply, 7 years of gap is not an issue for appearing in NEET exam. Further there is no upper age limit for appearing in NEET exam, you can appear as many of time because there is no restriction for number of attempts for appearing in NEET exam. Educational qualification :

Yes, Diploma in Sales and marketing is a Diploma level programme and course duration is varied as per institute. AIIMAS offers 6 months duration Diploma in Sales and marketing management programme. The eligibility criteria is pass in SSC/SSLC/HSC/Matriculation or Equivalent, Graduates/Post Graduates/ Diploma Holders/ Engineering Graduates.
