Yes, UGA MBA needs a GMAT score from the applicants. GRE test score is also accepted but GMAT score is preferred. UGA does not have a minimum GMAT score requirement but according to the class profile, the GMAT average is 668, whereas, the GRE average is 311. Apart from these scores, the applicants must submit other materials as well such as resume, letters of recommendation, academic transcripts, etc.

The National Medical Commission (NMC) removed some topics from NEET syllabus in 2024. There are around nine chapters in Chemistry which have been removed. In Chemistry, these chapters or topics were removed from the units given in the table below.

Surface Chemistry

Adsorption-physisorption and chemisorption; factors affecting adsorption of gases on solids,
catalysis homogeneous and heterogeneous, activity and selectivity: enzyme catalysis; colloidal state: distinction between true solutions, colloids and suspensions; lyophilic, lyophobic multimolecular and macromolecular colloids; properties of colloids; Tyndall effect, Brownian movement, electrophoresis, coagulation; emulsions- types of emulsions.

Haloalkanes and Haloarenes

·         Haloalkanes: Nomenclature, nature of C –X bond, physical and chemical properties, mechanism of substitution reactions. Optical rotation.

·         Haloarenes: Nature of C-X bond, substitution reactions (directive influence of halogen for
monosubstituted compounds only).

On the other hand, the application fee for graduate international applicants is USD 100 (Around 8,000).
