Yes, having a B.Ed from Iqfai University would be sufficient to enroll for M.A. English at IGNOU. The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) allows candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, including B.Ed, to apply for the M.A. English program. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria set by IGNOU for the M.A. English program, having a B.Ed from Iqfai University should qualify you for enrollment.

Hey Vishal , I am afraid to say that you cannot enroll in the BHM degree course after 10th only. You must complete your intermediate to avail any courses from IHM . Your score in 10th and 12th doesn't matter you will have to qualify in the NCHMCT entrance test to get admission in any IHM for BHM. As I can see you want to got for the diploma in FnB service but you must first complete your intermediate. I think I have answered your query.
Thanks
