Hi,
Generally only B.Tech candidates are eligible to apply for the M.Tech course. But even M.Sc and M.C.A candidates can apply for this course. M.Sc students who have specialized in Statistics, Mathematics, any of the science subjects and Computer Application can apply. So you can apply after completing M.Sc or MCA.
Also be prepared to appear for the entrance exams like GATE. The pattern and syllabus will be similar to the B.Tech course. The syllabus is available in the official GATE site.

After B.Sc maths you can do MCA or Msc CS or Msc IT. .
which course you chose depends on your interest.
In my opinion MCA will be best . .

" The Govt. of Uttar Pradesh / Basic Education Department decided to hold the UPTET in February 2013. The UPTET 2013 will be accepted online.
The online application process will start from January, 2013. "

If you get more than 50% in your graduation then you are eligible for MBA. But, its totally depends on your performance.,like you got good percentile in any MBA entrance exams and your performance also very good at your GD&PI then its doen't matter that How many marks you got in your 10th and 12th class.
