Vocational courses are different from degree programs both are not equivalent but yes you are eligible to apply Ph.D. after the completion of M.Voc.

Yes, you can. However, it might not be recommended to pursue one immediately after completing an M.Com. The reason one says this is that, without additional work experience, the incremental benefit of an MBA over an M.Com would be marginal at best. Also, your having an M.Com degree might not prove to be a significant differentiate at the time of campus placements, which would be one of, if not the primary, the factors driving you to pursue an MBA in the first place. A better idea would be to get a few years of experience post the completion of your M.Com under your belt, following which you could apply to some of the one - year MBA pro
