All the programmes of NIT Delhi are entrance exam based and seats are allotted through individual counselling. M.Tech seats are allotted through CCMT counselling. VIT-AP University accepts the VITMEE, which is conducted by the Vellore Institute of Technology annually for admission to M.Tech in various disciplines. The applicants are selected based on exam performance, followed by online VITMEE counselling. The application process for VITMEE registration comprises registration, filling out forms, uploading documents, and fee payment. The VITMEE exam is conducted in an online computer-based mode for two hours. 

NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. Yes, VIT-AP University does offer an M.Tech course in a full-time mode with four semesters that can be completed within two years. Further, the university also offers two integrated courses that are inclusive of ten semesters, lasting for five years. Admission to the M.Tech course is subject to the VITMEE exam. Whereas, integrated M.Tech admission is based on the last qualifying exam. 

No, aspirants can only take XET 2026 in English. All the questions will be asked in English and must strictly be answered in English only. The exam body also mentions on its website that examinees must not use any slang, informal short forms or SMS language while answering their questions. Such answers will not be assessed at all. 

VIT-AP fees for the two-year M.Tech course range from INR 3.8 Lacs to INR 4.9 lakh. The course fee can be paid in two installments. Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Candidates willing to apply for the hostel seat at the university must pay an amount of INR 2.47 lakh.
