It's good to know that you are interested in pursuing MBA, its a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
So you can opt for any of the specialization mentioned above as per your interest and liking.
The other option for you would be to work for 1-2 years and then opt for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know which specialization to opt that can further enhance your career prospects.

You can avail education loan from banks to pursue your education in US:
Now a days almost all the banks offer education loan to students, to pursue their education in India or Abroad.
The banks offer maximum loan of Rs 10 Lac for education in India and Rs 20 Lac for education abroad.
The repayment period vary from 5-7 years.
The bank do not ask for any collateral security up to the amount of Rs4 lac, but if the amount exceeds Rs 4 lac then the bank will ask for collateral security.
The repayment of the loan amount starts after 6 months of completion of course or after 6 months of getting job, which ever is earlier.

Actuarial science is course that concentrates on the mathematical and statistical analysis of risk, and their applications to insurance and other business management problems.
Not very clear with your requirement, I would say that there are a number of universities offer UG and PG courses in actuarial sciences. Any one above 18 years of age with proficiency in mathematics and statistics can take up the course and become an Actuary. The candidate must pass 10+2 or equivalent

B.A (Insurance)
Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science
Eligibility: Candidates who wish to pursue a Undergraduate in actuarial science or a certificate course in actuarial science should have a pass class in the XII standard.
