There are many course options available. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your long term career goal.
After 12th in Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).
If not interested in engineering, then you may opt for degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as occupational therapy, computer, business administration.
You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

As per your query, I would suggest you to take CAT-2013 and various other management entrance tests, and score well so that you may get admission in good B-school of your choice.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT,etc.
CAT examination is divided into three sections:
1. Quantitative Aptitude.
2. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning.
3. Verbal Ability.
MAT examination includes following sections:
1. Intelligence and Critical Reasoning.
2. Mathematical Ability.
3. Language Comprehension.
4. Data Analysis & Data Sufficiency.
