Acquiring the Authorization to Impart CCC Training: Once the VLE has passed the CCC exam and acquired the certification, they will be required to apply for the authorization to impart CCC training to citizens. The SCA will be required to submit the following forms on behalf of the VLEs, to the CSC SPV:
a. Authorization Application Form for CCC Course for CSCs(VLE)-Final
b. RULES OF CONDUCT OF “CCC” COURSE
c. All supporting documents that are required
The above forms should be submitted to:
