If you mean full time MBA and PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
- Past Academic record.
- Scores in entrance tests.
- Group Discussion.
- Personal Interview.
- Work experience.

The only formalities for enrolling is that u need to fill up the application form of Rs.50, your educational certificates photo copy, 2 pictures, Aadhar card, Residential & ID proof are required ( any one), the fees for whatever courses you like to persue at IIGJ needs to paid by cheque / DD drawn in favour of IIGJ Mumbai or through Direct transfer to Bank.

You could try giving various entrance exams for which you can apply though it would be difficult to go for Ip or Du entrance exams. Try giving entrance exams for not only science but arts and management streams too. If you cant get into any science related exams, atleast you will still get to have a Bachelors though in another stream.

What every degree you select does'nt matters that because for IAS Only graduation is required, stream does'nt matter.
There is no such requirement that candidates must be B.sc or B.A. or esle.Only graduation in any field even Engineering.
Just select the course in which you will be able to provide your best time and effort.Select that subject which would be easy for you to handle wisely.
