Dear Ajay,
It depends on your research and interest. Make sure you chose a college wisely as it is very important because it's a matter for two years!

I have been a student of B.Tech. At JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur. The university is accredited and recognised by UGG. The best part I got from the university was the project based learning which gave the exposure to work closely in the indsutry rather studying theoretically. Regular lectures by global faculty gave me deeper insights and knowledge tyo the subject areas. The university has 52 labs in its campus, which ranges from basic machine labs to high end technology and energy storage systems. Dear Shreyans,
If we compare both these courses on scales you mentioned then yes now a days CS got bit advantage in results and placements.
Result of CA is uncertain but yes if you prepare in CS then there are higher chances of getting positive results.
Talking about scope, Right after commencement of new companies act scope for cs has been increased by certain regulations of the Act. and with that decreasing value of CA because of few cases harming to its reputation.

Both the fields are good and lead to different career outcomes. BE has a higher advantage. You must pursue one as per your interest. BE is a technical field whereas B.Sc is non technical and more theoretical. Hope it helps.
