Hi Shubham,
Salary is a function of various factors (I) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile (iii) city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - I.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.(v) Your work profile I.e. Manager/ AVP, etc. Thus one cannot allocate a figure.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

For the past few years, CSE has been one of the top choices for B.Tech students. As a result of this trend and increased demand for this stream, schools and universities have increased the number of seats available in CS to meet student demand and industry requirements. After IITS, I would advise all students interested in engineering to look at the websites of the greatest private institutions. If you are unable to join IIT/IIITs, you will almost certainly be admitted to one of the best engineering colleges, Some of the good institutions are:
IIT Delhi
NIT Trichy
IIT Roorkee
IIT Guwahati
Lovely professional universityVIT Vellore, BITS
