The Uttar Pradesh government provides need-based scholarships for BTech CSE students at GLA University through the Samaj Kalyan Vibhag (Social Welfare Department). These are typically available for SC/ST and General/OBC candidates with an annual family income below ₹2 lakh. GLA University also offers its own merit-based scholarships (up to 90% tuition fee waiver) based on PCM % or JEE Main percentiles, which are distinct from the UP Government scholarships.
