As a current student of MBA, I believe that SAP and ERP courses are really beneficical for the career growth whichever sector it be like manufacturing, Retail, FMCG or Financial services sectors. This is because all the companies today use them for internal efficiency.
I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing a MBA dual degree in Finance and Marketing.
At DBS, you learn about the SAP/ERP courses while in college so you dont need to go anywhere to learn this. Also you learn about these courses from your industry stalwarts who have significant amout of experience in industry.

If you ask me about any college such as IIPM or any other Business School I would advice you to as a rule of thumb foloww this process about a B school.
1. What is the placements structure of the college?
2. What is the fees and the degree affiliation of the college.
3. What is the Course structure and Industry exposure.
IIPM does snot have its degree recognized by any other University in India and so its one of the worst options for a BSchool candidate. They have a huge marketing budget and thats it and thats what they sell.

Its good that you have Chosen your MBA specialization in Retail management as I know that Retail as to really boom in India with bigger players like Walmart and Reliance Retail coming for recruitments and offering good packages.
I would suggest that you should go for a course which makes you more industry prepared or increase your probability of placements. For example I am a student at the Delhi Business School and Pursuing a MBA dual degree in Finance and Marketing.

Career Guidance, career goal planning and resume/ CV building is one of the most crucial factors of Finding a good placement in a reputed company. So are courses like SAP/ERP etc which are used frequently in the industry irrespective of sectors and so really score well.
You have to choose a Busines School which takes the care of candidates and trains them for things like resume building/SAP/ERP courses apart from the normal routine etc.

You definitely have a decent MAT score. The current Process of Admission at the Delhi Business School which is located at the Badarpur Metro Station in New Delhi is very Simple. You should first Undertake CAT/MAT/XAT entrance tests whicgh make you eligible to take admission in the School.
For students who have not taken tis test could undergo the DBS entrance test which have to take in the campus Premises.

I am currently a student at the Delhi Business School and its definitely one of the best Business Schools in the Delhi/NCR region.
At Delhi Business School you could pursue an MBA in Finance and marketing or IT or International Business as a majors if you want. There is also a lot of demand for SAP/ERP courses in the corporate sector, And these are a part of curriculum at DBS.

With India's economy poised to grow t 9% Plus, There are going to be a lot of jobs which are going to be created in IT, Operations and Finance with Banks, marketing companies, Mutual funds and FMCG eyeing for these candidates. Its true that MBA in Marketing is a good idea since marketing has a lot of scope in future. As I know that marketing as to really boom in India with bigger players like Reliance, the tatas, the birlas have huge marketing budgets and so have a lot of job requirements as these companies grow.
