Pursuing a Masters in aerospace from Germany would be a nice option as Germany is known for its technical advancements.

As education in Germany is Government funded, you might have to give a minimal fee of 140-500 euros.
For admissions you might have to give GRE, IELTS, TOEFL or any other exam as required by the university.
For more details on education in Germany, I would request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany and have offices in major cities in India.
Also, as a friend I would suggest you to go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days or 180 half days.

Railways, Army, Navy, Air Force, department of telecom, national highway authority of India, Department of post & Telegraph, ordinance factories etc hire CSE engineers. In majority cases these are gazetted officer rank Class-1 or Class-2. Pay is accordingly as per VIth pay commission and usually starts at Rs. 40,000/- PM with perks like LTC, Medical, residential houses etc. For applying to these jobs, you can go through IES (Indian Engineering services) exam, CDS(Combined defense Services) exam or through departmental notifications on respective websites or Employment News.

With DQ and Tata Elxsi in Kolkata things should keep growing. Though the action is more in Mumbai and south of India. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people.
