You are absolutely on the right path of making your career as it is always advisable to work for 2-3 after completing graduation and then opting for MBA, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in IT would be the best option for you.

Ok then you can go for networking domain like CCNA Certification, Cloud computing these two courses are very rich in today's era. And u have a BE degree so these courses will really help u. And another one advice for u r communication skill to improve u r communication skill don't attend any spoken english class, just study basic english book of NCERT, and first emphasize on Tense and in u r own home communicate with u r self. Not that much. RMD Sinhagad is a newly started college and Sinhagad Vadgaon is an old and good college. The only benefit for RMD Sinhagad Warje is you get a centralised admission process.
