Any degree of a foreign university obtained as a full time by studying in India or through online, distance, off campus mode is invalid. If you do it from UK then only it is valid

You may look into Annamalai University distance education programme and also Madurai Kamraj University. They will allow you to appear in second year but you have to also write paper for 1st year.
