Based on your score in MHCET exam, I am sorry to say but there is no college that can let you take admission in civil engineering. Also, your required score in board exam is less than 75%.
And, you are outside Maharashtra category.

First you will go to NIOS to obtain a 12th certificate by transfering 3 subjects from ITI and take another 3 subjects from NIOS to appear for the exam. Then in 1 year, you will get your 12th certificate and apply all UG progrmme of India.

No matter what Data Analytics is way better than doing course in Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing is something you don't need to do a course but you need to do more and more work related. Yes, it is a good idea provided you are genuinely interested in making a career in the management field. You can choose to pursue MBA in various streams like Marketing, HR Operations, Finance, IT, etc as per your interests. Also, an MBA done from a good college is always more beneficial and valuable.
