The eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Biochemistry of MSU Baroda is given below. Eligibility criteria :
1. Candidate who has passed B.Sc. In 10+2+3 pattern, or equivalent examination, in Biochemistry or allied subjects in Life Sciences/ Chemistry, as a regular candidate with minimum 50%, marks are eligible.
2. Student who has appeared in qualifying examination can file online application and can appear in entrance test. Admissions are granted on the basis of merit list of marks obtained in entrance test, however, for final admissions; student should have minimum eligibility at qualifying exam.
3. Candidates who have passed their B.Sc. Exam in April/May 2018 or 2019 fulfilling the minimum criteria, will also be eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.
4. Where only grade is available in qualifying exams, a Certificate from their University specifying equivalent percentage marks will be required.
5. Private candidates or degrees obtained through correspondence are not considered eligible. So from above you are eligible for asked course.

Yes you can pursue the M.Sc. Biotechnology through JAM in IIT-B, IIT-I, IIT-R. As per the eligibility criteria Graduate of any branch/ Streams are eligible for asked programme. So you can give the JAM exam for M.Sc. Biotechnology. The detailed eligibility criteria is given below. Eligibility criteria : All candidates admitted through JAM should have a Bachelors degree. In the qualifying degree, the aggregate marks or CGPA/CPI without rounding-off (taking into account all subjects, including languages and subsidiaries, all years combined) should be at least 55% or 5.5 out of 10 for General/OBC-NCL/EWS category candidates, and 50% or 5.0 out of 10 for SC/ST and PwD category candidates.
