Yes, you can apply for 4th semester. You can write your 4th semester exam even if you fail in all the subjects of your 3rd semester. But if you have more than 4 backlogs when you are going to an odd semester from even semester then you will get Year Back. Most institutions have policies that allow students to progress to the next semester even if they have failed some or all subjects in the previous semester, provided they meet minimum attendance and other requirements.

Migration Certificate. Application for Migration Certificate shall be submitted to the Schools in the prescribed format along with an attested copy of the mark list and chalan receipt for the required fee. 

  • Pass Certificate / Eligibility Certificate.
  • Permission for availing the service of a scribe.

No you cannot get admission in girls college in Dhar, M.P. You would have to wait for another year, pass the exam and then get yourself enrolled.

You can get admission in college after the compartment exam, but only if you clear all the subjects of the course. If you fail in any subject then you can't get admission.

For getting admission in any college you have to pass 12th exam. You can seek admission only after clearing backlog.
