In an integrated course degree is awarded after the completion of the full course I. e. UG+ PG. So, you cannot get only BBA though it also depends on university/college rules also.

Which college you want? If you are asking for DU, then 66.76% is very low percentage. If you are SC/ST/OBC, then no problem. For general category student it would be hard.

You took a very good decision to continue your study. It will help you in future for sure. But, as you know that regular course is better than correspondence course. So, I'll suggest you if you don't have that much financial problem, then you should go with regular B.Tech or BE. Otherwise, it's fine. Good Luck.
