Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN) is in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2009, by the Parliament Act of 2002. There's is no such reservation, but a difference is selection criteria. For any Under Graduate couses general must be scoring 50% marks in 12th boards and 45% for OBC, ST, SC & PWD candidates.

TANCET is a Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test for the PG seats across all couses in Tamil Nadu colleges. It is not compulsory to give TANCET exam, it's completely on your choice.
