IIIT Nagpur offers BTech in six specialisations, namely Computer Science Engineering (Artificial lntelligence and Machine Learning), Computer Science Engineering (Data Science and Analytics), Computer Science Engineering (Human Computer lnteraction and Gaming Technology), Electronics and Communication Engineering (Internet of Things), Computer Science and Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.

 BTech admisison to IIIT Nagpur is based on candidate’s JEE Main exam score followed by the centralised counselling process regulated by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) through which candidates are allotted the seat. The seat allotment also depends on the college cutoff and a candidate’s preference for that course and college. However, for the remaining vacant seats, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) manages the counselling process. 

To be eligible for Indian Institute of Information Technology Nagpur’s BTech programme, a candidate needs to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75 per cent aggregate.
