There is no such provision for direct admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Surat. IIIT Surat accepts admission for the BTech programme based on a valid rank in JEE-Main. Candidates aspiring to take admission to the BTech programme at IIIT Surat must take the JEE-Main exam conducted by NTA by filling out the its application form through JEE official website. IIIT Surat closing rank mentioned in the cut-off list for admission to the BTech porgramme for the year 2023 for CSE & ECE branch are 33219 & 48750, respectively. As per the cut-off details it can be observed that the closing rank for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) branch at IIIT Surat for the year 2021, 2022 & 2023 is 21397, 23991 & 33219, respectively. This clearly indicates that the closing rank for Computer Science Engineering branch at IIIT Surat have drastically decreased which means that the competition level for admission to the BTech in CSE is not that hard as it used to be.
