Hi Rajshree,
As you have discontinued your diploma in Computer Science in between and started Bcom studies, you need to apply again for diploma course in Computer Science. You won't be able to start again from where you left. For more details you can contact your college as they will be able to give you the right picture.
Otherwise, you can study both the courses simultaneously if you can manage your studies.

Hi Ravi,
Yes the course you have chosen is perfectly fine but you need to decide what you want to do in future and what you want to pursue after your Graduation course. After BA you can go for an MBA Programme and choose the specialization which interest you. You can appear for Bank Exams and other Government jobs.
You should choose your graduation course according to your interest rather than competition.
