Based on your JEE Main percentile your expected CRL rank is between 352717-389845. While the last year closing rank at IIIT-D was 274808 for Delhi region candidates and 66036 for out side Delhi region candidates in asked category. So keeping the last year of trend in consideration, your chances for IIIT-D are very less.
