Hello,
Firstly, a college would not offer a graduate course with DE. Second thing is yes it offers, but I don't think with the Mumbai campus. Good luck.

It used to give good placements, now it's placements are getting deteriorated every year. So it's an advice to talk to the placements head of the college about the profiles they could attract before getting admission. Only few of the total students get good profile. Rest of the students suffer with the profiles they are provided with.
