Yes, NAIT offers several scholarships and bursaries to international students. The scholarships are either based on merit scores or are offered on the basis of academic excellence of the students.

Students are automatically considered for the Merit Scholarships of the university. The amount of scholarships vary as per the GPA and merit scores of the students. Scholarships are also based on the programs.

Some of the scholarships and bursaries offered to the international students are as follows:

• Energy Sales Management Scholarship

Award : A scholarship of CAD 1,000 is offered

Eligibility : to the students enrolled in the second year of the Business Administration - Marketing programme at the institute. This is offered to only one student enrolled in this specific program.

• A. Golbeck Bursary:

Award : A scholarship of CAD 1,000 is offered

Eligibility : to the first-year students enrolled in technology programs at the institute. It is offered to students who require financial assistance. Students are required to demonstrate their financial needs.

• Edmonton Kennel Club Centennial Bursary: 

Award : A scholarship of CAD 1,250 is offered 

Eligibility : to the students who are enrolled in the Animal Health Technology programme at the institute. Students are selected based on financial need and academic excellence.

• Alberta Blue Cross Health Sciences Award:

 Award : An award of CAD 1,250 is offered

Eligibility : to the students who are enrolled in a Health Sciences programme for more than 2 years of duration. The award is based on the financial need and academic achievement of the students.

To be eligible for admission into a course, the candidate 

• Must have passed the Qualifying Examination and secured the prescribed Minimum Marks in the subject (s)/ course (s) concerned as mentioned in the Information Brochure, and

• Must have qualified in the Common PG Entrance Test conducted in the concerned subject in which admission is sought. For administrative reasons, the Convenor may, conduct the entrance test before the publication of the results of the qualifying examination concerned. But qualifying at the Entrance Test alone does not confer any right of admission into a course. In addition to being qualified at the Common Entrance Test, a candidate will be eligible for admission only if he/ she passes the qualifying examination before the commencement of admissions process and secure the prescribed minimum marks in the subject (s)/ course (s) concerned. He/ She must submit the necessary documents listed under item VII of these instructions at the time of counseling.

Auburn University offers the Masters of Science in Computer Science and Engineering course that can be studied online or on-campus based on student preferences. The course focuses mainly on giving students an opportunity to experience advanced learning and research. The admission requirements for international MS in CSE course are given as follows:
